March 2014 – Dr. Jay Boniface presented the strategy and methodology used for the discovery of proteins predictive of preterm birth risk at the 2014 Society for Gynecologic Investigation’s 61st Annual Scientific Meeting. Proteins found to distinguish full-term controls and PTB cases by univariate analysis of targeted mass spectrometry data came from both curation and discovery contributions and represent multiple pathways of relevance to PTB.
